Alain has extensive experience as a forensic expert specializing in investigating the causes of fires, explosions, and electrical failures. Since he began his career in this field in 1990, he has conducted over 2,000 technical investigations in various residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial, and institutional buildings.
He also conducts numerous expert assessments of alarm systems, particularly in the agricultural sector. He uses mathematical and computer modeling to analyze fire spread. He regularly serves as an expert witness in court. He has also delivered numerous training courses accredited by the Chambre de l’assurance de dommages (ChAD).
